Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster: Review Bombing, but not because the games are bad
Recently, Square Enix published the first part of the RPG Collection Final Fantasy. Pixel Remaster Via Steam on the PC. Accordingly, episodes 1 to 3 of Final Fantasy are now available in a slightly revised version for purchase - the episodes 4 to 6 episodes at a later date. Whoever thought, however, that the joy of the fans is limitless, sees himself deceived. Instead, there is currently a violent review bombing.
Anyone who looks at the reviews on the relevant pages of Metacritic quickly finds the numerous critical voices. However, these do not relate to technical defects or the vile font of the individual episodes, but have a completely different reason. The fans simply encourages the fact that it's Final Fantasy (Buy Now): Pixel Remaster not for consoles. This displeasure is currently giving air at Metacritic.
_ "Give me a console version, then I change my rating. Square Enix had said a long time ago that all games will be available on consoles - we fans demand that." _
_ "Where is the console version? We all want to have them. Besides, they are too expensive for 1980s." _
_ "We want to gamble these games on consoles. Classic games like Final Fantasy should not be closed behind smartphones and computers." _
Similar statements are also available at the respective pages for the two other episodes of Final Fantasy: Pixel Remaster to find and bring the displeasure of the fans perfectly over. How do you think about the topic? Should Square Enix also publish the games as soon as possible for consoles? Is the review bombing in this case justified or simply exaggerated? Write it in the comments!
