Frankfurt travels Ins Camp Well
Again, it goes for Eintracht Frankfurt against a Spanish club: After the dramatic last-minute progression against Real Betis on Thursday evening, the Hessen got the most popular opponent at the draw in Nyon on Friday. The SGE meets the quarter-finals of the Europa League on the four-time Champions League winner FC Barcelona.
On April 7, the Catalans are guests around the former Bundesliga professionals Marc-André Ter Stegen, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Ousmane Dembelé in the Main metropolis, a week later, Frankfurt then travels to the second leg to the Camp Nou.
"After Barcelona was drawn, there was jubilation and joy at the players because that's just a dazzling name," says SGE coach Oliver Glasner's reactions of his players. "Then the boys have gone out, but I've heard them back and said that the semi-final is also being drawn - and it's not over with Barcelona. We trust us that we survive this hurdle."
Also sporting board Markus Kröse is optimistic: "Barcelona is of course a demanding opponent with a lot of individual quality. But we have seen: Galatasaray has also made the FC Barcelona extremely problems, which is also our goal."
Leipzig against Bergamo - and with supposedly light final path
RB Leipzig, which was drafted by the exclusion of Spartak Moscow without a game in the quarterfinals, gets to do it with Leverkusen-Bezwinger Atalanta Bergamo. The Italians had just beaten the Rhine countries in both eighth-finishing games (3: 2, 1: 0). Leipzig also has home right and occurs in the second leg away.
"The team and the entire club are great organized - for years," said RB coach Domenico Tedesco at the press conference in the afternoon. "For me, that's really a very exciting team."

In a possible semi-final, Frankfurt would meet the winner of the mating West Ham United against Olympique Lyon. Leipzig has the supposedly lighter way, in the semifinals, it was against the winner between Sporting Braga and the Glasgow Rangers.
All first legs of the quarter-final will take place on April 7 (Thursday), the return matches a week later on April 14th. The semi-finals will be held on April 28 (first legs) and 5 May (return matches), the final rises on May 18th in Seville.
